A class that lives up to its name! Each day we design new and fun 60 minute workout that combines high intensity with dumbbells, battle ropes, kettlebells, bikes, rowers, and much more to keep your muscles burning and the SWEAT dripping!

No prerequisites! If you are new to exercise, ask about our Foundations to make sure you feel comfortable, safe and ready to conquer your goals!

What is the foundations training?

Two – Four 60-minute personal coaching sessions to review the most common movements, scaling options, and a 10 – 15 minute conditioning workout to get you ready for classes! We recommend these training sessions for anyone new to fitness!

Can I try for free?

We’d love to have you stop in! Email us at info@bearfitnessmn.com or text/call at 651-300-1995 so we can get your information and set you up with three free classes! We recommend some experience with fitness classes.

Saturday 8:30am, 9:30am
