No CrossFit Experience? No problem! We have 8 years of helping people like yourself get the “foundations” of the movements used in our CrossFit classes! Let’s set up a time to meet to discuss what option is best for you!

What is involved with foundations training?

I have CrossFit experience, can I try a class?

If you moved to our area or just looking for a new place to CrossFit at send us an email at info@bearfitnessmn.com or call/text 651-300-1995 and we will set you up with three free sessions!

I have never done CrossFit can I start right away?

Our main concern is your safety and making sure you feel comfortable when you start your first CrossFit class! Let’s set up a time to talk about starting CrossFit and try a workout if you want! Shoot us an email at info@bearfitnessmn.com or call/text 651-300-1995.
