A. Dumbbell Snatch 50/35lb
B. Goblet Squat 50/35lb

D. Burpees
Each partner does the exercise for max reps while partner is running 400m. Example: Partner 1 starts on DB snatch and gets as many reps as possible while partner 2 is running 400m. Once both partners have done the dumbbell snatch they will move onto the goblet squat.
