Step One

Take 4 Group or Individual Foundations Classes
These small classes teach you the foundations of the barbell movements seen in CrossFit classes. You can choose from group Foundations that runs twice a month or one-on-one training.

Step Two

Sign up for your first class!
Once you completed the Foundations classes, all you need to do is register for your first CrossFit class. Once your 30 day period is up you will need to purchase a CrossFit Membership!

What are the Foundations Classes?
Our Foundations classes are designed to introduce you to new movements or refine movements you might be familiar with. In the first three sessions you will learn different barbell movements that you’ll see in classes, get your heart rate up with light weight and bodyweight conditioning, then do a cool down to finish your hour long session. The fourth session will be spent teaching you the Clean and Snatch.

Group Foundations+ Unlimited CrossFit

 

  • 30 day membership Includes 4 Foundations classes and unlimited CrossFit classes after the completion of the foundations classes.
  • Classes are Tuesday & Wednesday at 7am or 7pm. Friday at 7am or 6pm, Saturday at 7:30am
  • Must attend all 4 classes in a row.
  • Make up class $50
  • Classes are no larger than 7 people
  • 10% off for couples or friends who sign up together
  • Membership starts on your first class

Individual Foundations + Unlimited CrossFit

  • 30 day membership Includes 4 one-on-one Foundations classes and unlimited CrossFit classes after the completion of the foundations classes
  • Schedule classes with a trainer around your schedule.
  • 24 Hour Cancellation required. $30 for Late Cancellation
  • 10% off for couples or friends who sign up together
  • Membership starts on your first class
