CrossFit

We’ve been an established CrossFit affiliate (CrossFit White Bear) since 2011. Our CrossFit classes are professionally programmed by experienced CrossFit coaches who will help you push past barriers and hold you accountable. CrossFit classes focus on improving your strength and conditioning by using constantly varied movements that are athletic in nature and performed at high intensity. These classes aim to not only help you look better, but to be prepared for all the day has to offer!  Classes are an hour in duration and include a warm-up, workout and additional after class mobility and accessory work.

  • Barbell Movements (Squat, Press, deadlift) 70%
  • Olympic Weightlifting (Snatch, Clean, Jerk) 45%
  • Bodyweight Movements 55%
  • Plyomentrics 45%
  • Running, Rowing, Biking 42%

 

SWEAT

SWEAT is a combination of Bodyweight and Lightweight Strength Training and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). The SWEAT classes are separated into three types; Lower Body, Upper Body, and Total Body Conditioning to make sure every muscle gets hit! SWEAT uses a variety of training methods such as contrast training, push/pull training, and Time Under Tension training. This structure of training allows all clients to hit their individual fitness goals!

  • Bodyweight Strength Training 30%
  • Barbell Strength Training 15%
  • Burpees, Box Jumps, Push-ups, Sit-ups 50%
  • Kettlebells, Slamballs, Battleropes, Dumbbells 60%
  • Rowing, Biking, Running 45%
  • Stretching 20%

 

WEIGHTLIFTING

Whether you are preparing for a Weightlifting Meet or just starting out in the sport of Weightlifting our knowledgable staff can help you reach your goals. Our Head Coach Jason holds a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science, United States Weightlifting Level 1 Sport Performance Coach Certification and was Minnesota State Weightlifting Champion (2015/2016), USA National Weightlifting Championship Qualifier (2016),  and American Open Weightlifting Championship Qualifier. In addition our Weightlifting Coach, Tania has helped countless athletes prepare for Meets and is a Catalyst Athletics Certified Level 2 Weightlifting Coach, United States Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach and has been lifting for 7 Years. We also have several other coaches that hold a Catalyst Athletics Certified Level 1 Weightlifting and CrossFit Weightlifting certifications.
